The Resiliency Center of Manasota conducts "Mind Wellness Workshops" for various organizations in our community. Everything from middle and high schools to senior living communities, everyone can benefit from our workshops. The workshops are a transformative experience designed to empower individuals with practical tools and insights to enhance their mental well-being.
