Stephanie Cinque, MSW (she/her) brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Resiliency Center of Manasota. Stephanie works as a consultant to One World Strong and Sandy Hook Promise with a focus on responding to communities after a mass violence attack and prevention. Her prior experience includes being the founder member of the Resiliency Center of Newtown which opened in response to the shooting at Sandy Hook School offering trauma-informed therapeutic services to all impacted. Prior to that she worked for the Public Defender's Office in CT and The Legal Aid in NYC helping with mitigation and treatment for the clients being served. Her background and expertise are in trauma, grief and mass violence response. Stephanie currently works for the School District of Manatee County in the school climate department and is a member of the districts threat management team. Her educational expertise includes a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and a certification in the Nuerosequential Model of Education.
Sydney graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2015. From there, she was a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina. Sydney's first year as a GA in South Carolina she worked at Calhoun Academy where the football and baseball teams won State Championships. Sydney's second year as a GA she was the primary athletic trainer for USC's beach volleyball team and was able to travel to the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship Tournament in 2017. Sydney also assisted with USC's football and indoor volleyball team. In 2017, Sydney graduated from USC with a Master's of Science in Advanced Athletic Training and started at Lakewood Ranch High School in 2017. Sydney has currently been an Athletic Trainer for six years now and has been at Lakewood Ranch for four years. Sydney's role as Wellness Director puts her front and center when engaging with the community with a focus on teen and sports related mental health.
Noelle recently graduated from Florida State University (FSU) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in women’s studies. Noelle was a member of the FSU Psychology Club and the Psi Chi Honors society for three years. She is currently employed as a Psychiatric Specialty Technician (PST) at Behavioral Health Center (BHC) Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH), where she has worked with patients of all ages with mental health issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, to schizophrenic, Bipolar, dementia (with sundown syndrome) and a bunch of other afflictions. Noelle has applied for several master’s programs and will be resuming school in the Fall. She aspires to become a therapist in order to help those who are struggling with mental health afflictions get their lives 'back on track' no matter their situation. As the Program Coordinator at the Resiliency Center of Manasota, Noelle will assist all programs offered.
